Randy is the President &  General Manager and Architect of RDG Concepts Master and Ad Agency. RDG is his brainchild and it is safe to say that he tailored-fit everything that is RDG. His vast and adaptive skills and knowledge in sales and marketing helped him in achieving his goals and aspirations. He believes that putting up RDG is a dream turned into reality. He values his clients’ trust and treats them with respect and professionalism. He knows his role by heart and makes sure that everyone is aware of their functions and significance to the team. 

He gets inspiration and motivation from his family to work harder and be better. He loves to eat out with his friends, travel and most especially spend time with the people who matters to him the most. 

Catherine manages RDG together with the GM and knows the whole process by heart. She is well-equipped with various office skills such as filing, organizing, administrative tasks and the like.

She loves to travel and spend time with her family. She’s into good food, loves to update her social media accounts thru her favorite photos of places, sceneries and people close to her heart.

Ada manages RDG together with the GM and knows the whole process by heart. She is well-equipped with various office skills such as filing, organizing, administrative tasks and the like.

Gilbert is RDG’s resource person. His challenging work experiences has taught him diverse skills which gave him the knowledge to be able to deliver the best customer service and high quality results. 

Gilbert loves to take photos of anything interesting. He quickly shares them online because he believes that good subjects and mind boggling topics should be seen by people. He also believes that appreciation makes the art living and breathing all the time. He’s always willing to learn and providing the best working relationship between the team and their clients has always been his passion.

Morris is known for his fine taste on design execution. He is a disciplined artist who strictly follows deadline, client requirement and has an eye for details. He works closely with the team and makes sure that the RDG products and services are always of first-rate quality and definitely better than the previous artwork presented.

Morris likes to go on adventures and travelling is one of his favorite pastimes. He loves to be one with nature and hiking excites him the most. He likes watching movies and spend time with his family. He believes that to be able to come up with the best outputs, one should never stop learning so he self-studies design videos online.

Vic is fondly called by the team as “Direk”. He is RDG’s trusted events director and scriptwriter for years. He is known for being very articulate with details most especially giving priority to the client’s request. He follows a firm formula or system when it comes to directing live shows. He’s also an editor and a contributing writer for several magazines. He writes reviews on food, places to stay while vacationing and he likes going to art museums, too. He likes taking pictures and sharing his daily experiences online. 

Vic is a straightforward person and very fun to work with. He’s a wide reader and travelling and visiting famous places inspire him and make him more excited about life. People listen to him with respect because of his good leadership qualities.

Anna has been with the company for about nine years now. She works as the junior writer and production assistant for live events. 

Anna loves to collect and read books. Her hobbies include reading aNd writing short stories and novels online. She’s also fond of reading poems and haikus about love and life in general. She supports some writers and artists by following them online and liking their labors of love. She keeps a journal and tries her best to write every day. She believes in the saying “Write ’till it hurts.”
